A beautiful addition to our 'The Heart of Yorkshire' collection these pretty earrings capture the enchanting design of the Gothic stonework of York Minster in a hanging heart design. The open-work hearts are created from highly polished sterling silver, and hang from a simple hook. Each earring is set with a bright, sparkling lab grown diamond. The total diamond weight of the earrings is 0.15 carats.
