Returns & Exchanges: Our Simple Process
We want you to completely love your Azendi jewellery. If something isn't quite right, we’ve made our return and exchange process entirely free and easy to use.
The Basics

Refunds: You can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it.

Exchanges: You have up to 30 days to exchange an item for something else.

Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number or receipt.
What Cannot Be Returned? To keep things fair and hygienic, we cannot accept returns on:

Made-to-order personalized name necklaces.

Gift cards.

How to Make a Free Return

Get in touch: Please drop us a quick email at customer-support@azendi.com to let us know you are returning an item.

Get your free label: Visit the Royal Mail website to generate and print your free, tracked returns label, then attach it to your parcel.

Send it back: You can drop the parcel off at your local Post Office, or arrange a free home collection directly through the Royal Mail Free Parcel Collect service.
Want to Exchange Something? If you would prefer to swap your piece for a different item, please call our friendly Customer Service team at 0208 912 5510. We will happily reserve your new item for you while we wait for your return to arrive.
When Will I Get My Refund? Once your return arrives with us, we will check it over and send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed quickly and will automatically appear on your original payment method within 3 days.
Returning a Gift? If you were gifted an Azendi piece directly, you can return it for gift credit matching the item's value. Alternatively, we can issue a standard refund back to the person who originally bought it.
Bought from a Concession? If you purchased your Azendi jewelry from an independent boutique or a concession stand, please return the item directly to that specific store with your original receipt.
