Yes, we carry all the latest collections. For older collections, we will endeavour to locate your specific request. You can check stock availability on our website by clicking on 'Check In-Store Availability +'

I'm making a special trip to Ilkley. Where else should I visit while I'm in town?
  • We recommend Betty's Café for its wonderful service and quality.
  • For a day trip, consider White Wells, a historic spa wellhouse on the moor or Ilkley Manor House which is one of the oldest buildings in West Yorkshire and now serves as a heritage centre and museum.
  • A family friendly option is Ilkley Toy Museum, showcasing the history of toys through the ages.
Can I collect online orders from the store?

If you would like to collect your web order at an Azendi store, then simply get in touch and we will arrange it for you.

Where can I park if I'm visiting the Ilkley Store?

The nearest car park is South Hawksworth Street (LS29 9DX), a 2-minute walk from our Brook Street store £1.50 per hour (8am-10pm daily) with 188 spaces, 12 disabled bays, public toilets, and EV charging.

M&S Simply Food at Station Plaza (LS29 8HF) offers 2.5 hours free parking (validate receipt), but fines apply strictly for overstayers. Both are flat, accessible routes to our door.

There are some parking bays on our street (Brook Street) which cost £1 per hour.

Do you offer jewellery repairs?

We only offer repairs for Azendi jewellery.

I have a gift voucher that was emailed to me. Can I use it in store?

Yes, gift voucher codes can be used in store or online.

I have a discount code. May I use it in store as well as online?

Yes, our codes work in every store as well as online.

Can I try earrings on in the store?

Customers may not try earrings on in store. We have special Perspex earring holders that can be used to hold up the earrings next to your ear to see how they will look once worn.

Do you offer gift wrapping at the Ilkley branch?

We place immense value on presentation and we offer complimentary gift-wrapping on all jewellery purchases.

The piece that I have my heart set on is not available in the store. Will you send it to the store for me to look at?

Yes, if the piece is available, we can send it to the Ilkley store for you to browse in a few days.

Can I travel to the Azendi Ilkley store by rail.

There is a fast electric rail service from Leeds or Bradford to Ilkley. The Azendi store is a five minute walk from the station.
