  • Using Royal Mail Parcel Collect

    For your convenience we offer a free returns service for UK purchases. We are happy to say that we now offer free collections by your usual postman or postwoman, using the Royal Mail Parcel Collect service. So there is no longer any need for you to visit the post office to drop off your returns.

    First, simply visit the Royal Mail website and follow the instructions to print your individual tracked returns label. Affix the label onto your package.

    Once you have your label you can follow these steps to arrange your collection.  Go to the Royal Mail Parcel Collect page and start by selecting the option to send a parcel "using a Royal Mail Tracked Return service".

    Select the option of "Yes, there is a tracking number" and enter the tracking number from your label. You also need to add the parcel weight and size. Most of our parcels are around 300grams and are a 'small parcel' so we recommend using these options.

    Continue through to the next page, where you will be asked to enter the collection address details and the name of the contact person.

    Once you have entered your collection address details you can continue through to the next page where you will choose the most convenient date for your parcel to be collected. You can also enter details about a Safeplace (such as a porch) if you are going to be out.

    Click 'Add to Basket' and you will be taken to a confirmation page where you will be given a summary of your parcel, collection address and collection date. Please enter an email address and tick the boxes to confirm your parcel details and agree to the Ts&Cs. You can then click 'Complete Purchase Free of Charge'.

    Your parcel is now ready to be collected! You should receive an email confirming your collection and all you need to do now is have your parcel ready for collection by your usual postman/woman on the date you selected.

    Once your parcel arrives with us we will send you a confirmation and then organise your exchange or refund for you.
