In the past , customer accounts could help you speed through the checkout process, but this creates a storage of data and privacy issue, so we have decided to disable the customer account facility. If you wish to view details from your old account then please contact us and we'll endeavour to help.
The wishlist feature has been removed. Should you want to see the items from your wishlist, then please get in touch.
We are proud to announce that we will now be selling online gift vouchers. On purchase, you will be able to email your gift voucher to the lucky recipient and they will receive a gift code that they can use in the store. To everyone who has requested this feature in the past, may we express our thanks at your patience!
We have readmitted Amazon Checkout as a payment provider. Amazon is acting as a financial service on this occasion and your purchase will be delivered and sent by us. Many customers enjoy the simplicity of paying this way without the need to enter credit card details. Depending on your device, you may also see the option to pay by Google pay or Apple Pay. Once again this is inline with our intention to make the purchase process as simple as possible.
Our previous gift wrapping process felt like a difficult task, so we have simplified it to a tick box in the cart and space to write a message. Most customers rightly felt that it was better to write an explanatory note if they had complicated gift wrapping instructions and this is now the recommended method.
