  • International Delivery During the Pandemic

    Despite the unprecedented worldwide situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we continue to offer International Delivery. Most major export routes remain open so we are still able to ship your purchases and gifts out across the world. There may be just some minor delays to shipments due to local travel restrictions so we ask that you allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.

    We are keeping up to date with the most recent information from our courier companies and will let you know of any changes. The latest information on our International Delivery services can be found below.

    Delivery to Europe

    We deliver to 22 different European countries and in all cases we will use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed International Delivery. Orders over £100 in value will be shipped free of charge. There is a charge of £10 for orders under £100.

    Your parcel will be fully tracked from us to you. You will receive your tracking number by email when your order is posted out so that you can keep an eye on its progress. The delivery would normally require a signature but, as with most courier deliveries at the moment, your order will instead be delivered and 'signed' by your courier to maintain social distancing.

    Royal Mail are working with their airline and postal partners across the globe to maintain their services, but have noted that some minor delays should be expected. Deliveries to Europe usually take 3 - 5 days, but we are currently asking that you allow 5-8 days for your order to arrive.

    Delivery to the Rest of the World

    We deliver to 19 other countries worldwide, including Australia and the U.S.A. In all these cases we will use TNT Express Delivery. TNT has recently merged with Fedex, so in a lot of cases (in the U.S.A. for example) your order will be delivered by Fedex. Orders over £100 in value will be shipped free of charge. There is a charge of £15 for orders under £100.

    TNT and Fedex are working hard to maintain their usual delivery standards and are still able to operate in all the countries we usually deliver to. Again, they only ask that you allow a little extra time to receive your parcel. Where you could normally expect to receive your order in 3-5 working days they are asking that you allow 4-7 working days. 

    Deliveries to New Zealand

    Due to current exceptional circumstances, shipping to New Zealand is currently free on orders over £200 but otherwise costs £40. This is due to additional surcharges imposed by Fedex/TNT on shipments to New Zealand.
