2. How much is delivery?

Next Working Day UK Delivery - Free for orders over £50, or £4.50 for orders under £50.


Please note that orders received after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.  On Bank Holidays, orders will be dispatched on the Tuesday. We deliver on Saturdays to residential addresses (Royal Mail)

3. Do you accept international orders?

International shipping is available at the checkout. If your country is not listed on the checkout dropdown menu, please email to receive a shipping quote.


4. Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Amazon Payments, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


5. Do I have to pay VAT when buying from Azendi?

Yes, for EU customers the prices shown on the website are inclusive of 20% VAT. Counties outside of the EU are not charged sales tax or UK VAT, however local sales taxes may still apply.


6. Can I change my order after it's been placed?

In most cases, we will be able to amend an order if you call our customer service team before 15:30pm on the day your order was placed. If you’ve placed an order over the weekend, you will need to call our team on Monday morning.

7. How do I return a purchase?

Purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery, or 21 days for non-UK customers. Items must be unworn and returned in the original condition and packaging. 

Please note, our personalised name necklaces are made to order and therefore cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For your convenience, we include a free returns service for all purchases within the UK. Simply visit the Royal Mail website and follow the instructions to print your individual tracked returns label. Affix the label onto your package and take it to a local post office where you will be given proof of postage with a tracking number.

Please let us know if you would prefer a refund or an exchange. If you would like to exchange your purchase then please call Customer Service on 0208 912 5510 so that they can reserve the item that you would like instead.

If you purchased an Azendi product from a concession or independent retailer you will need to return it back to the store with the original receipt. 


8. How long does a refund take to process?

We will process your refund within 2 working days of receipt.  You should see the refund appear in your bank account/on your credit card within 3 days after that.


9. How do I return a faulty item?

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for a faulty item within the first 6 months of receipt. If you think your purchase might be faulty, please email a picture of your item, along with your order number to

10. Do you offer alterations and repairs?

If you require an alteration or repair please contact our customer service team on 0208 912 5510 or email Once you have sent your item to be repaired or altered we will always contact you upon receipt to confirm the work required. Please allow up to three weeks before your item is returned. 


11. Caring for your jewellery


Sterling silver is a precious metal and should be treated with appropriate care. All sterling silver can tarnish over time but there are a few simple rules to ensure your Azendi silver jewellery is always looking its best. Avoid exposing your jewellery to direct sunlight, chlorinated water, cosmetic products or household cleaning products, as these can damage the silver. We always recommend putting on perfumes and creams and allowing them to dry before then putting on your jewellery. To maintain the shine of your silver jewellery we recommend occasional cleaning with a soft microfibre cloth to remove tarnish build-up. Please do not use chemical silver polish or silver dip on your jewellery as these harsh products simply strip off the top layer of silver and damage your jewellery. To minimise scratches and tarnishing when you are not wearing your jewellery, store your silver jewellery in a cloth pouch or jewellery box.


Gold vermeil is a plated layer of gold onto sterling silver. As with sterling silver, avoid letting your vermeil jewellery come into contact with chlorinated water, cosmetic products or household cleaning products. To clean your vermeil jewellery, gently polish it with a soft jewellery cloth. This removes any excess perfumes and skin oils. When not wearing it, store it in a jewellery box or cloth pouch. Depending on the item and the regularity of wear, gold vermeil can fade over time.  On necklaces and earrings, gold vermeil will last for many years; on a ring that is worn regularly we would expect the gold plating to wear more quickly. Protect your pearls by avoiding contact with hairspray, perfume and cosmetics; simply put them on last when you are getting ready. Pearls are also affected by perspiration and the natural oils in our skin so, after wearing them, rub them gently with a soft cloth before putting them away in a jewellery box.



9 carat and 18 carat gold will not tarnish. Having said this, it is a relatively soft precious metal so as with other jewellery, care should be taken when wearing and storing your pieces. Store your gold jewellery in a jewellery box or cloth pouch, avoiding any scratching against other pieces.  Gold jewellery may be cleaned with a soft microfibre cloth to maintain its shine.

When you place an order on the website we will ask you for certain personal information. This will include your name, address, telephone number, email address and card details. These details are entered on a secure page and are secured and encrypted using SSL technology.

We do not store any credit/debit card data. This information is processed by SagePay, a secure electronic payment facility. When you log into your account at, or input your address details on our order form, your communications are channelled only through our secure server. Your credit card details are further secured by only being seen by SagePay servers. The information held on our database is not available to any third parties, beyond the essential requirement for credit/debit card validation during purchase. This information will be used solely for billing and payment purposes. You reserve the right to be deleted from this database at any time.

Cookies are used when entering our site in order for us to record the location from which each customer has arrived at our site. They are also used to track the contents of your shopping bag, should you choose to make a purchase. This information will not be passed onto anyone outside of the company. When you log into your Azendi account or make a purchase, your personal details such as address and phone number are handled on our secure server to ensure that your privacy is maintained. We only keep your contact details, order history and wishlist on our secure server. Credit card information is only entered on the SagePay site.
