United Kingdom:
With Standard Delivery, place your order by 3pm on Thursday 19th December.
For Express Delivery, place your order by 3pm on Friday 20th December.
All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked delivery. In all cases you will receive a tracking number for your order.
International orders, including Australia, USA & Canada:
Place your order by 3pm on Thursday 12th December for delivery before Christmas.
All international orders are sent via a Fedex Tracked & Signed service.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers.
For your peace of mind we extend our returns period over Christmas. Any order placed between 1st November and 24th December may be returned up to the 31st January 2025.
For your convenience, we offer a free returns service for all purchases within the UK. Items must be unworn and returned in the original condition and packaging.
Gifts can be exchanged in any of our seven Yorkshire stores as well as through our online store.
All orders are dispatched with a packing slip that details the jewellery, but not the prices.
Should the gift recipient wish to exchange their gift then this packing slip acts as a gift receipt. Gift receipts are also available in any of our high street stores when you make your purchase.
All online purchases can receive a complimentary gift wrap service.
Each item is wrapped in luxurious silver wrapping paper and hand tied with a beautiful grosgrain ribbon. Simply add your gift wrap instructions and gift message (if required) in the instruction box in your shopping cart.
We can send gifts directly to the recipient on your behalf - simply enter the address where the gift should be sent.
All online orders are boxed as standard, with gift wrapping a free optional service. All parcels are then dispatched in a sturdy plain postal box or postal envelope. No branding is visible on the outside of our postal packaging, so your gift will remain a surprise.
