Our website is currently open and we are dispatching orders.
We are fulfilling our web orders with just one director working at any one time to ensure that we are working safely.
This does mean that we cannot currently guarantee next day delivery as usual. Delivery on all orders is free of charge but may take 3-4 days to reach you from the time you place your order.
Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked delivery. You will receive your tracking number by email when your order is posted out so that you can keep an eye on its progress. Our parcels normally require a signature upon delivery but Royal Mail have changed their current procedures in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. Your postal worker will hand over your delivery (usually by placing it down for you and then stepping back) and ‘sign’ for you by taking your surname. If no-one is in to receive the parcel then they will leave a card with details for arranging a re-delivery.
Electronic gift cards may still be purchased online and will be delivered immediately by email. They can then be spent online straight away, or in store as soon as the stores are open again. We have extended the expiry date of electronic gift vouchers to 18 months.
If you currently have paper store-only vouchers we are also extending the expiry date on these by six months so that you should have plenty of time to spend them in store.
Before you send anything to us please email email@example.com so that we can advise on the best course of action. Unfortunately deliveries to us are taking longer than usual. We are extending our returns policy to allow extra time. Please email as soon as you can if you would like to return something and then we can liaise on the best course of action to organise your return.
