Purchase of Products

Every effort is made to display images of items with accuracy of colour, shape and size. Sometimes these factors are out of our control due to many items being made from natural stones.

We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the order being placed and when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

Once an order has been accepted, you will receive written confirmation of your purchase.

A thirty day ‘cooling-off' period is offered in agreement with the Distance Selling Regulations. During this time, an order can be cancelled without any reason and a full refund will be made. Should you wish to cancel an order, please email customerservices@azendi.com

Customers are entitled to a full refund if the goods are not provided by the agreed date. If no date is agreed, a full refund will be given if the goods are not supplied within 30 days.

Occasionally our retail outlets may run special in-store promotions. These may not be available online. Offers available online may also not be available in our retail outlets.

Ranges available in our retail stores may not be available online. This may also be the case when a range is displayed on our website and is not available in our stores.

Azendi does not issue a printed catalogue for postal orders.

Process of Payment

The total price payable includes the cost of the goods plus postage and packaging.

Payment for an Azendi product is made through WorldPay, a registered and secure electronic payment system.

All payments are subject to validation by the card issuer. Azendi does not accept responsibility for the refusal of a card payment and will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Azendi does not store any of your card details.

Shipment of Purchases

Any orders accepted will be dispatched on the day of acceptance unless that day falls on a weekend or public holiday. In this event, the goods will be dispatched as soon as it is possible.

Around busy periods, for example around the Christmas period, it may take up to two days for this dispatch to occur. Please also allow extra time for postal around these times.

Azendi does not accept responsibility for items delayed in transit due to a third party.

Law states that a registered hallmarking office must hallmark certain items of jewellery. Azendi hallmarking is carried out in the Edinburgh assay office. A symbol of a castle is visible to the far right hand side of the hallmark to represent this. The hallmark also shows the Azendi jewellery makers mark and the number relating to the carat of the piece. Azendi services such as gift wrapping and some cleaning are available free of charge. Some repairs and alterations may incur a small charge. If you wish to send an item to our workshop please send it to the address below with a return address, contact telephone number and a description of the work to be carried out. We will try our best to repair any items but occasionally this may not be possible to complete. In this instance, we will try our best to replace the item if it is still in stock, otherwise you will be offered a credit note.
