Azendi stores are run a little differently to most of the High Street, so we thought you would like an explanation of how the roles are defined.
Each Store has a store manager. The store manager has overall responsibility and is always on call for emergencies and crises. They get to answer to both the customers as well as the directors. with great responsibility also comes great respect and the store manager can one of the most rewarding jobs in the company.
The sales consultant is an expert in all things Azendi. Having studied the jewellery and knowing all our customer service benefits inside out, the Azendi sales consultant needs to be at the top of their game to deliver the perfect customer service that we really strive for. Sales consultants need to forget any ideas about customer service as practiced in most of the high street. At Azendi we insist that the staff that liaise with the customer are of absolutely the highest standard possible. Customers can and do pass on their comments (both good and bad) to the directors. The whole company is acutely aware of the importance of customer service and the sales consultant is really the most important ambassador for the brand.
The cashier ’s role is to support the sales consultants and the store management in all aspects. Many cashiers will progress to sales consultant.
