Christmas Update

When will I get my Order?

All orders placed by 4pm are dispatched the same day. All items on the site are in stock and ready to be dispatched.

Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday morning.

During Christmas we upgrade our shipping options to your choice of either Royal Mail 24hr Tracked or Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed before 1pm).

Can I buy a gift now and return it after Christmas?

During the Christmas period, we are happy to extend our returns policy. Purchases made from 1st November 2017 to 24th December 2017 can be returned to us up to 31st January 2018 for a full refund, or exchange. For your convenience and peace of mind, we offer a FREE returns service, through Royal Mail. Simply visit Royal Mail and follow the instructions to print your individual tracked returns label. Affix the label onto your purchases and take that to the local post office where you will be given proof of postage. Your parcel will be fully tracked on its way back to us, so please make a note of your tracking number.


Last Order Dates for Christmas

With Royal Mail 24Hr Tracked delivery to the UK please order by 4pm on Wednesday 20th December.  Your order is fully tracked from the moment it leaves us, and a signature is required upon delivery.  Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

With Special Delivery to the UK please order by 4pm on Thursday 21st December. Your order is fully tracked from the moment it leaves us, and a signature is required upon delivery.  Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

For International delivery please order by 4pm on Monday 11th December.  All international orders are fully tracked, and will have to be signed for on delivery.  Please note that we cannot dispatch international orders to PO Box addresses. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
